During the separation of Agilent Technologies from Hewlett-Packard, adapted Hewlett-Packard publishing standards, policies, and guidelines for use with the new Agilent website. Also developed web-based training (WBT) guide to the agilent.com content server. B2W material targeted the worldwide workforce responsible for publishing and localizing Internet content in 40 countries and many languages.

Developed and implemented individualized training materials for municipal court clerks.

Bank of America

Researched, developed, and produced Agricultural Lending training for loan officers statewide.

Special Assistant, Director AOC, Judicial Council of California

Designed, developed, and implemented statewide in-service training for the clerks of California's 275+ trial courts. Project received highest recommendation from the Office of the Governor and the California Intergovernmental Personnel Agency.

Native American Indian Court Judges Association (NAICJA)

Developed training materials for clerks of the Native American Tribal Courts. Also conducted Train-the-Trainer sessions at a national tribal judge's convention.
