About Anne and RoboHelp, 1994-2001

Created first RoboHelp project in 1994—online help for "Metal Marines." Since then has created numerous help projects with RoboHelp. Currently uses RoboHelp 9.1 as a single source for WebHelp, HTML Help, WinHelp, JavaHelp, OracleHelp, and print documentation.

Beta Tester, eHelp Corporation, 2001

Beta tested RoboHelp 2002. Worked remotely with eHelp quality assurance (QA) testing department.

Beta Tester, Mindscape, 1990-1997

As Senior Writer and Editor, methods included extensive software beta testing. Worked with Microsoft, Mindscape QA, and Mindscape Bordeaux to beta test, implement, and localize Windows 95 help development. Developed a process for converting WinHelp to Macintosh online help.

Tools and Technologies

Designs, develops, and transmits RoboHelp systems with broadband Internet access (DSL) and WS_FTP. Experienced with Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Intranets, Altiga Virtual Private Network (VPN), Xpedio and Documentum Content Servers, MS Office, Windows 95/NT/98/2000, IBM AS400, and Macintosh OS.
