On a telecommuting basis, provided technical writing and editing support services to corporate subsidiaries in Bordeaux, London, Paris, and Sunnyvale. Worked with Microsoft, Mindscape QA, and Mindscape Bordeaux to beta test, implement, and localize Windows 95 help development. Developed a process for converting WinHelp to Macintosh online help. For over six years, acted as managing editor, recruiting, training, editing work of in-house and contract writers. Won STC awards, including Best of Show, Best of Category, International Merit, and Achievement.
